May already have practices (e.g., meditation, therapy) but want skills that show up when with others
SoulSpeak is probably not for you if you:
Want debates or arguments
Are looking for therapy or heavy processing
Desire a pure public speaking skills course
Don’t want live participation
You’ll leave with:
a reliable way to regain your ground when you’re triggered or shut down
the felt experience of safety, connection and co-regulation in a group container
practical ways to communicate in three key contexts:
social media posts (clear, grounded, value-based)
conversations (calm, caring, not advice-y)
short messages / talks / videos (structured, inspiring, real)
And you’ll have practiced all of this – not just learned it.
While optional, they are highly recommended. They are where you turn insights into a new way of being in the world, through practice, reflection and real-time support.
Labs give you:
When the course begins, choose one lab time as your "home base,” so the group can build rhythm and familiarity. If you occasionally need to attend the other lab due to schedule, you can. And, if you couldn't make the core class, this will help you learn and integrate.
